Aqua – Zdrój in Wałbrzych
The Aqua – Zdrój Active Leisure Centre is the largest tourist and sports complex in the Sudetes. The facility includes: a water park, saunarium, 3-star hotel, restaurant, gym, fitness zone, biological regeneration (spa/wellness), and a sports hall. Many cultural events and international sports competitions are held here.

OSIR in Świebodzice
The complex includes, among others, the Water Recreation Centre, the largest complex of outdoor swimming pools in Lower Silesia, a bowling alley, and a skatepark. During the holidays, the summer swimming pool in Świebodzice is open at ul. Rekreacyjna 1.

Książ Stallion Stud Farm in Wałbrzych
This is a centre for breeding Silesian horses and professional carriage driving sports. The stud farm is located in a 19th-century complex of buildings. To this day, visitors can admire the larch riding arena and historic horse stalls. The stud farm offers horse riding lessons and hippotherapy, carriage rental, horse-drawn tram rides, and sleigh rides in winter.

Dworzysko Complex in Szczawno – Zdrój
The stud farm at the Dworzysko Complex is a place rich in history. The historic riding arena and horse guesthouse add to the atmosphere of the place. The stud farm is part of the so-called Dworzysko Complex, which comprises a restaurant, hotel, and the Szwajcarka café, located in a historic Swiss-style building from 1845.

‘Czarodziejska Góra’ Activity Park in Jedlina – Zdrój
The Activity Park consists of: a rope park (with routes of varying difficulty levels), a climbing tower, and a toboggan run.

R26 PARK – Wałbrzych Skatepark
This is an all-year-round indoor skatepark where you can rollerblade, skateboard, scooter, and cycle. Helmets, protectors, skateboards, and scooters are available for hire on-site, and you can also use the trampoline, foosball, balance board, and XBOX 360.
